Your purpose (in a nutshell)
You will be the FP&A Manager to the Digital & Mexico Home Credit business. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with the Leadership team, providing Finance expertise as a strategic business partner on behalf of Group, being the primary point of contact for all Group Finance-related issues.
You will support the annual business planning process and periodic quarterly rolling forecasts, critically appraise strategic investments and work closely with the relevant market finance teams to report and manage performance across your business areas, challenging and providing insight to Group.
You will be accountable for:
You will work closely on the annual budget and periodic rolling forecasts having a solid understanding of the Digital & Mexico Home Credit markets. You will specifically:
work closely with the markets on communications, timetables, data requirements and modelling delivering a high quality output.
assist in providing insight on market submissions to the Group FP&A and Commercial SFM
support the markets in relation to technical aspects of forecasting e.g. accounting rules
perform / review scenario testing and challenge the markets
lead the implementation of changes to the forecasting systems and processes.
Building strategic alliances with Senior Management across the business to create highly effective relationships with key stakeholders, embedding a culture of financial control through effective Finance Business Partnering, challenging appropriately.
Ensuring the accurate and timely provision of high-quality and fit-for-purpose management reporting and analysis that highlights trends, risks and opportunities to aid decision-making.
Develop key KPIs across your business units which underpin the financials to aid future decision-making and provide Group with insightful analysis.
Embed a commercially driven mind-set with your stakeholders; championing sustainable results, whilst understanding and managing risks & opportunities.
Work closely with market finance teams to identify true cost drivers behind any significant variance to plan, reporting back to the Group FP&A & Commercial SFM on a monthly basis ahead of Performance Calls.
Create and conduct studies and analyses to identify risks or opportunities not currently identified. Prepare and present findings with suggested specific actions recommended.
May participate in the development and implementation of consequent financial strategies or tactics.
Creating and standardise reports / KPI’s for ease of consolidation where possible, allowing more value added analysis / insight to the Group FP&A and Commercial SFM.
Lead the commercial review of Strategic Business Cases, critically appraising investments, challenging the outcome, preparing sensitivy analysis and proving a clear recommendation to the Group FP&A and Commercial SFM.
Provides direction to functional counterparts and senior management in operating units as required

Your new purpose (in a nutshell)
To manage the Financial Control Framework (FCF) and act as group expert to overseas teams (including new markets and acquisitions), in order that FCF controls and systems are in place, managed and functioning effectively at all times.
What you will be required to deliver in your role
Manage the Group Financial Controls Framework (FCF), and act as a key Group contact for all FCF matters, in order to ensure that key financial controls and governance are in place and are functioning effectively at all times
Maintain a standardised approach for reviewing quarterly balance sheet reconciliations for all Group reporting units, ensuring any reconciling items are being managed on a proactive basis
Develop, maintain and perform a periodic review cycle of all components of the FCF and deliver effective MI, to ensure that Group governance and financial controls are operating effectively and Group level control is maintained so that the risk of material misstatement in group financial information is minimised
Ensure a procedure is in place to maintain the FCF approach so the required standards are met
Provide expert advice and guidance to overseas FCF contacts to ensure strong financial controls are in place
Oversee the development and implementation of an effective FCF for all new markets and acquisitions
Establish good working relations with the Overseas FCF contacts and relevant departments outside of core finance e.g. Fraud, Field operations, Internal Audit, Compliance and Risk etc.
Manage the impact of any planned product or IT system changes across the Group, on the existing accounting and control procedures, modifying and implementing changes as appropriate
Document and ensure on-going updating of policies and procedures, ensuring that they are used as appropriate both in UK and overseas teams at all times, to ensure that consistency is achieved across the Group and that control risk is minimised and monitored
Work with local market teams to collate information in order to produce the monthly Operational Finance MI
Provide support to overseas Operational Finance teams resolving queries in timely manner
Monitor and maintain the software used for the purposed of automatic reconciliations

This position is a part of international IT team, which is providing services for the whole organisation (operating in markets around the world) with strong plans for expansion on new markets worldwide. This role will be based in Warsaw but with responsibility for IT development across all Digital operations and markets.
Key responsibilities of the Test Coordinator role:
To build of repository for test-cases (preferably in Jira), maintenance & updated when necessary
To review software requirements documentation
To create and maintain test plans and test strategies
To lead testing processes (eg. UAT, SAT, Regression Testing)
Defect reporting and management
Manual Test Cases development
To provide reports and metrics on test activities
To liaise with the Project Management and Development teams to ensure adherence to quality during the development process.
What do we need from you:
Working experience as Test Coordinator in a software engineering and testing
Proficiency in Functional, E2E and UAT testing and test processes as a part of SDLC and STLC
Advanced knowledge of different testing methods: Integration, UAT, E2E, functional, non-functional, automation testing
Broad knowledge of testing methodologies. IT infrastructure, IT hardware and technology – different operating systems and network devices
Experience in working in an international business that works cross-culturally
Strong communication skill with IT and business stakeholders
Good command of English – ability to communicate in English on a day-to-day basis in speaking and writing
Problem solving skills and having ability to work under pressure
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
